At XCESSNET Broadband Pvt. Ltd., we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide reliable internet and IT services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations may be processed for our broadband, corporate, and related services.
2. Service Activation & Billing
- All services are activated after successful payment verification.
- Billing cycles begin from the date of activation or as per the customer’s chosen plan.
- Payments made are non-transferable and applicable only to the registered user account.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- Payment was made in error (duplicate transactions).
- Service could not be activated due to technical reasons on our end.
- Customer cancels the service within 3 days of activation and has not used more than 1GB of data.
Refunds are not applicable for partially used plans, prepaid subscriptions, or service interruptions due to customer-side issues.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Customers may request service cancellation by contacting our support team at info@xcessnet.in.
- All cancellation requests must include the account number, registered mobile number, and reason for cancellation.
- Cancellation becomes effective after acknowledgment by our team.
- No refunds are provided for unused days or data post mid-cycle cancellations.
5. Refund Process
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval and credited to the original payment source.
- Refunds via credit/debit card or UPI will reflect as per the issuing bank’s timelines.
- Processing fees or gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
- Service disruptions caused by power failure, user device issues, or local area conditions.
- Temporary downtime due to maintenance, network upgrades, or force majeure events.
- Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms & Conditions.
7. Plan Modifications
Customers can request plan upgrades or downgrades before the start of the next billing cycle. Any payment adjustments will be reflected in subsequent invoices — no mid-cycle monetary refunds are provided.
